Best for afternoon, then pop on over to Iron Mountain to finish out the day. If not going to do all the rides, buy tickets al a carte instead of day pass or combo. You will still get a 10% discount at Iron Mountain Hot Springs with your cave receipt.
[TSO, 07/24/2018]A scenic tram glides you up to the top of Iron Mountain, 1,300 feet above Glenwood Springs. Take a tour of Colorado's largest show cave or choose a wild tour! Then race down the mountain on the alpine coaster or fly off of the edge on the giant swing; also try the bungee jump.
There is a grille as well as a 4D motion theater, laser tag, a giant maze and climbing rocks. At the base of the tram there is a hotel. The day pass costs $42 for adults and $38 for kids.
