Woodchipper from the Movie Fargo One of the most famous "stars" in the Coen Brothers' hit movie "Fargo" is appearing in that city starting Saturday as a tourist attraction.
The actual wood chipper prop from the 1996 Oscar-winning movie is part of an exhibit that runs through May 15, 2011 at the Fargo-Moorhead Visitors Center (Update: extended indefinitely). Other memorabilia from the movie also will be on display. While the wood chipper's time on-screen was brief, its use as a body-disposal device made for a disturbingly memorable scene.
