A cartoony rooster statue wearing a top hat had perched on the roof of a restaurant near the river. Was gone in June 2018, but had reappeared on a pole in town by 2021.

Reported as gone but it is still in Princeton. You must turn off of the highway and go west on Lost Grove Road. The rooster (Johnny) will be on your right, just past the elementary school.

The fine feathered friend wears a top hat to advertise Bridges Restaurant in Princeton, Iowa, an old river town along the Mississippi. He sits on the top of the roof to avoid any possible floods. Not sure if the restaurant is still open.
