This isn't really an attraction/destination -- just a sign for a CIA building. It's not a convenient/safe place to stop to take photos.

The center is named for George H.W. Bush, who served as the head of the CIA from 1976-1977. However, being that his middle initials are left out of the name of the center and therefore off of the roadside sign, the opportunity is there to poke fun at his oft-lampooned son, George W. Bush. The internet has plenty of images and humorous memes that target the sign and the 43rd president.
