Sturtevant, Wisconsin - University of Lawsonomy

The University of Lawsonomy is visible from I-94 near Kenosha, on the east side of the highway. Its main attraction appears to be a large anonometer (wind measuring device). Lawsonomy is a philosophy/religion, based on the teachings of Alfred William Lawson. It modestly describes itself as "the knowledge of life and everything pertaining thereto."Disclaimer -- I am not a "lawsonomist." I don't know what actually goes on there, but it appears worth a look. [Bill Lauck, 01/27/2001]
