Space Farms Zoo and Museum
Give yourself lots of time to look at the many collections at Space Farms. Particularly impressive are the Native American artifacts found on the farm and artistically arranged and displayed.

The zoo is fairly spread out and has an interesting assortment of animals. You can buy animal crackers to feed them. They also have a museum in the main house. Curation not great, but it has soo many things. There's also a pizzeria with a massive collection of antique firearms just hanging above your head.
[Molly, 08/09/2017]While you can look at the oddities upstairs for free, there's an admission charged for going out into the barns to see the animals and other odd displays (such as the big eagle from NY's Grand Central Station). I've never seen such a collection of unrelated odd lots, often labeled "very old" (DUH!) or "been here since 1967.
There are coffins in one barn, haphazardly stored from the late 1800s. The loved one was laid out over an ice compartment to keep him or her from smelling during the wake. There are barns of old cars that you've never seen before and more rusty old farm equipment that old man Space seems to be hoarding. Yes, Freddy Space certainly qualified as a "hoarder," who apparently couldn't bear to throw anything out.
The cast iron eagle was featured on PBS "History Detectives" -- they verified it was one of several from the Grand Central Station roof.
