Giant Treelike Inner Tube Sculpture

Giant treelike sculpture made of inner tubes seen in March. Not sure how permanent it is, but it does have a concrete base. We saw no signs as to what it is or who created it.

The official website sez this recent installation would be gone on April 1, 2012, so if still there it's living on borrowed time.
