In a bit of disrepair, but worth seeing. Right across the street is a cool old AAA road sign, and some old gas station signs at Jerry's just down the street.

Gargoyle Fountain for Horses The unique gargoyle-looking fountain was originally built for horses to drink out of! The Y.W.C.A. building's features include a gothic stone fountain. Spring water running off the hillside flows by gravity through it, and out a spout, protruding from the mouth of a stone gargoyle.
Standing nine feet high, it was restored by the Schuylkill County Municipal Authority in memory of local educator Howard S. Fernsler, according to a plaque at the base of the fountain.
