Warren Lasch Conservation Center. From the I-526 beltway take exit 18A. Drive south on US Hwy 78/Rivers Ave. for three miles. Turn left onto McMillan Ave. Drive about one mile, then turn right onto N. Hobson Ave. Drive about one mile, then turn left onto Supply St. The Hunley Tours sign will be on the left, at the intersection of River Rd.

The C.S.S. Hunley was an experimental Confederate war sub that ended up killing more of its own crew than Yankees. No matter; the South has preserved it in a big tank, and tourists can visit it on weekends.
