Tesla Coil. World's Largest Tesla Coil

Just to let you know the Mid-America Science Museum is still open and has a lot of great interactive exhibits, including the giant Tesla Coil. Great for kids and adults. I learned a lot.

Nov. 2009: The Mid-America Science Museum is under new management and open for business. It now features a large indoor fake cave and the world's most powerful Tesla Coil.

Embark on a world of discovery where interactive exhibits let you experiment with science and nature. Pull, tug, push, spin, pump, and twist your way through the vast array of mind-boggling displays! They have a hot air balloon, a hair raising lightning ball as well as four of Roland Emett's creations in the museum. There is the "Featherstone-Kite," and three from the Disney movie "Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang;" the "Little Dragon Carpet Sweep," the "Hush-A-Bye Hot Air Rocking Chair", and the "Visi-Vision."
