Mutant Cowboy Awesome mutant cowboy standing guard over Westward Village RV Park and old antique looking stores. Manager of the place says a renowned local artist painted him last year and completely upgraded him from the original. He has a badge that says "Deputy," and even has a trace of chest hair coming out of his shirt. Very nice. They call him "Big Wes." [Carolyn Walker, 09/05/2007]

It stands right down the road from a Toys -R- Us, and is dressed like a cowboy, holding a rifle. His hands are positioned correctly. He has been there for years.
