Went to see the house yesterday. The property is currently covered in netting and security cameras. Looks like some kind of construction is taking place.

The current owners decorate for Halloween! They have also put up a nice fence and taken down the "do not trespass" sign. As I was photographing it, five or six deer emerged from behind the home and watched. It was the best kind of terrifying, since I considered taking refuge behind the new fence!
