This guy is definitely gone as is the home center. New development all around.
[Debra Jane Seltzer, 05/04/2007]There is a Paul Bunyan, with his hands in the classic muffler-man position, on the south side of US 431 in Albertville. He's not holding an axe, but looks more like a Bunyan than a Muffler Man, at least from the road.
Albertville is the big metropolis of Sand Mountain, which is famous for factory outlets, UFOs, bizarre murders, and stolen-car chop shops, a strange world in itself.
