International Plaza: Clocks of Many Nations

Where there was merely a wide sidewalk and grassy space, a few years ago, there is now an International Plaza, with the flags of many countries, and clocks showing what time it is in various international cities. The plaza also features a large plaque mentioning everyone who contributed to its construction.
