Muffler Man - Old Blue Eyes
Nicely painted, yes -- but why did they paint his entire eyes blue? This guy is easy enough to find.[Larry, 03/28/2009]
The muffler man in front of Boyd Tire Co. is alive and well. He is in beautiful shape with a great paint job. He is 5 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson Airport. I took a taxi to get there. It was about $15.00. He is worth the trip.[Marc Roland, 11/05/2007]
You already have this muffler man in your database, but he's been painted since your 1997 photo, and it seems you only have a thumbnail of him. Too bad it was raining, but here's a decent size picture.[Joe Bays, 02/07/2007]
I would just like to say that....YES, there IS a Muffler Man alive and well in E.Point. I grew up in that area. The road he's on used to be a busy road that entered into the "old" Hartfield Airport (ATL). The road is less traveled now, but he's still live and kicking. He holds a tire in his hand. I believe it's Butler Tire Co.[michele, 08/04/2001]
