... [11/07/1999] Complete News StoryThe Time Museum in Rockford has closed. A hand-written sign on the door simply says, "Time Museum no longer open to the public". This follows last week's announcement that the Clocktower Inn and Resort, home of the Time Museum, was being sold.
I have not been able to discover what will become of this "world famous collection of over 2500 timekeeping devices dating from 2000 BC to the present day".
