The smiling blue cow at the Blue Cow Carwash is taken inside at night and can be seen through the window. However, the windows are tinted so it's hard to see her.

As you are driving north on US 93 in the mall area you will see a large blue cow. Despite her color, the cow does not look like she's been throwing a tantrum and in fact has a big smile on her face. She looks very healthy and happy. She's mounted on wheels so I imagine that she will be contentedly smiling at you any time the Blue Cow Car Wash is open. She probably goes into the barn at night and may not be available for viewing if the weather is nasty.
