Mason, New Hampshire - Experience Maple Syrup in Person Parker's Maple Barn is a maple sugar house and is especially fun to visit
from early February to April. (Closed December 24 thru January) You will be
able to watch the process of maple syrup being made and learn about some of
the history of maple sugaring. Then have breakfast lunch or dinner in the
restored barn complete with working woodstoves. It has a very rustic setting
and wonderful food. The pancakes are wonderful and many people just love the
maple syrup ribs. Crowds can be a problem during maple sugar season and
reservations are NOT accepted.
There is also a nice gift shop on the premises.
