Built by a developer in the Fremont district of Seattle, who said it came to him in a vision. With rings 24 feet across, it was built for the summer solstice of 2013.

A large Saturn sculpture has been installed across the street from the Fremont Rocket. The sculpture is gorgeous, day or night.

Saturn's rings are 24 feet across. Solar panels provide the power for it to glow after dark.
