Yup, the Hall of Presidents in Colorado Springs is no more. It closed about 2000 give or take a couple of years. It closed about the same time as the Buffalo Bill attraction in Manitou Springs just down the road. I guess you could say that they lost their attraction for today's tourists. The Hall is now an Eagles fraternal organization social hall (I live just down the street from the hall.).

The Hall of Presidents mixed fairy-tale scenes with those of Presidential mayhem, so you'd see Snow White and the assassination of Garfield, Sleeping Beauty and the Kennedy grave site, Pinocchio and the Lincoln deathbed (Abe's chest moved up and down). It closed in 1996, and most of the exhibits were reportedly shipped to Dallas, Texas, where they quietly await resurrection....
