House behind the signs is for sale as of 5/6/2014. No dog, but the fence is still there.

This is a personal collection/accumulation of the artist resident, so a drive-by or quick stop viewing from the outside is probably okay.

Outdoor Collection of Vintage Neon Signs

Decent collection of motel signs and it's easy to get to off the highway, but wouldn't make a special trip. Property up for sale, no person or dog in sight.
