From US Hwy 50/Rex Whitton Expy exit onto Clark Ave. Turn south onto Clark Ave., then immediately turn left onto E. Elm St. Drive a half-mile, paralleling US Hwy 50. You'll pass an underpass on the left. Just beyond it, on the right, you'll see a green highway sign pointing you to turn right into Highway Patrol headquarters.
