Bowling Green, Kentucky: World's Largest Underpants (Gone)
There are several claimants to this title, but these briefs were used by famous doctor-clown Patch Adams -- and they have "World's Largest Underpants" woven into the waistband. Exhibit closed in 2018.

- Kentucky Museum, on the campus of Western Kentucky University, on the south side of Kentucky Ave. just east of US Hwy 68 BUS. Park in one of the spots reserved for visitors across the street, and give your car info. at the desk in the museum.

On 7-17-18, we visited and were told that the underpants exhibit is closed. They're remodeling the area. I am not sure when or if they will be on display again.
