Drive south a half-mile, and turn right onto Wasatch Lane to the High School.

The "big man" was acquired by the senior officers 8
years ago and converted to look like our school's mascot (a roman
lancer). He's pretty impressive with helmet, lance and "skirt."
Because of the city ordinance that got him taken down from a local
grocery store for being too tall more than 10 years ago the student
officers must go to the city council every year for a variance to put
the "big guy" on top of the school for Homecoming Week. We like him,
even though he is hard to dismantle and store each year. [Julie Barlow, 09/28/2001]
