Ausable Chasm, New York - Mystery House - Vague Recollections

This was like the mystery spot in Santa Cruz, CA. In the late '60s and early '70s my family visited a house that was just like the mystery spot house. The floors were slanted, but the floor was level when checked with a level tool. Also there were chairs you could sit in on the wall that were slanted, but again it was level. Probably a fault in the earth. This attraction was in the Adirondacks, near Ausable Chasm. [lorrie donohue, 10/12/2001]
