Monument to Ohio Teachers
The monument to Ohio's teachers was sponsored by the State Teachers Retirement System. In addition to the statues, it includes the names of thousands of past and current Ohio teachers. The statues depict both adults and children in various poses around enlarged numbers, letters of the alphabet, and musical notation.
Just east of the park is the site of the former first Wendy's Restaurant, marked with a historical plaque, now converted to an office building housing the Catholic Foundation.
