Inukshuk
Inukshuk are life-like figures made of stone that were erected by the Inuit people in the Canadian Arctic. Inukshuk means "in the image of man." The traditional meaning of the inukshuk is "Someone was here," or "You are on the right path," and they were often used to denote a trail.
This much-larger-than-life-size Inukshuk is made from locally-quarried rose granite. It was built in 2009 and was named "Path Finder."
