Happy, Auto Parts Muffler Man Twelve years later I find "Happy" with a bandaged brow (perhaps from a scrap with a larger "traditional" Muffler Man - those guys got a mean right hook ya know), and he's chucked the flag.
Now it seems he has something a bit less patriotic on his mind. [Hardy, 06/03/2010]
Auto Parts Bunyan sculpture We used to have a "Muffler Man" here as Paul Bunyan. I do not know where he went. We have a much smaller version now though, this one is a true muffler man and can be seen in the 1600 block of E. Iron Street, Salina, Kansas. There is a new muffler shop there. The owner is a true character and did several "surgeries" before he got it built to his satisfaction! [Glen, 05/06/1998]
