The Dodge City Trail of Fame follows the sidewalks of the Old Dodge City historic district. There are sidewalk medallions -- a version of the stars in the Hollywood Walk of Fame -- that honor Dodge City's most colorful characters, as well as the actors that played them in movies and on TV. Personal tours with Special U.S. Marshal Charlie Meade can be arranged for groups at 620-253-9231. The Trail depends on charitable donations to remain open and active.
