The head of a large buffalo appears to have smashed its way through the outside brick wall of a museum. It's been there since 1999.

Rockwell Museum
When I visited, a temperature check and mask were still needed by visitors. The artwork and sculptures depicting scenes of the Old West were very well done. The commentary on Frederic Remington's sculpture "The Rattlesnake" was quite thought-provoking. Definitely worth a visit when in Corning.

[Ida, 09/17/2016]The buffalo, named "Artemus" ("art is a must"), was installed by local sculptor Tom Gardner in 1999. The Rockwell is an art museum.
