Rancho Palos Verdes, California: Wayfarer's Chapel: The Glass Church (Closed)
It's not made completely out of glass, but there's enough to give you a heavenly view out over the Pacific. Closed February 2024; it was unwisely built atop an old unstable landslide. The Chapel may eventually be moved somewhere else.

- Just east of town, on the north side of Palos Verdes Drive. Look for the little brown "Wayfarer's Chapel" sign at the entrance to the parking lot.

The Wayfarer's Chapel, aka "The Glass Church" was designed by Lloyd Wright, son of Frank Lloyd Wright. It's noted for its organic architecture and its location on cliffs above the Pacific Ocean.
