- From downtown drive south on Hwy 19/Broadway, cross the river, then immediately turn left onto Hwy 124/Riverside Drive. Follow for three miles. Cross the river again, then immediately turn left again at the Circus Hall of Fame sign. Follow a half-mile to the end of the road.
