Salsa Muffler Man A "Salsa" Muffler Man stands at the fringe of the Pacific Ocean. He's been there at least 20 years. [kristie, 7/9/97] His right hand has been modified to better support a large platter of spicy foods. The proprietor said the place was a burger joint before La Salsa bought it out and he used to wield an enormous burger.
