County line, Muffler Man is standing on the west side of the highway facing southwards. He is

Memphis, Tennessee - Muffler Man - Transient There are a few of the M-Men here. They usually appear at Christmas thru New Years, then hibernate till Fourth of July. They belong to a local tent company which uses them as advertising when they put up tents for the holiday season in conjunction with Fireworks sales. I have personally seen two and have heard of a third. There is also another one associated with a Gutter company here in Memphis. He is decorated with the Gutterman Logo. [David F.
