Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum I have visited Madame Tussaud's twice. I have to agree with the previous entry. Some of the wax figures looked much like the celebrity, others were not even close. We were first there the end of June 2003. When we went back in July 2004, they had moved things around and it seemed there was less to see. The price is ridiculous! It was $26 in 2004! However ... I didn't pay that price. When going to NYC for a few days, if you plan to see the city's attractions, purchase a New York Pass. This includes many of the NYC attractions for a fraction of the cost paid individually. This museum is a fun addition to any NYC trip, but I do not feel it is worth the $26 entrance fee. The first time we went, there were some non-celeb figures scattered about. One room I walked into, there was an oriental woman with a camera, I made an effort not to step in front of her and then realized she was wax. This was one of the cool things that I did not see on our more recent trip.

Madame Tussaud's New York This was something of a disappointment. It's $19.95 (we had a money-off coupon
though). They want $2 for the blurry IMAX movie they show. Six dollars for a museum map! Some figures are excellent, but some aren't good at all. Joe Namath's skin tone is 12 shades too dark. Elvis doesn't look like Elvis. The first room RuPaul party is great but nothing else lives up to that!
