Herr's Factory Tour - Oops Aisle

Be sure to look for the "Oops" aisle in the gift shop. It has greatly discounted snacks due to packaging errors. Often half the regular price. The store also offers sacks filled with Herr's "experimental" snack flavors often not available in stores.

Short movie about the Herr family (founders) before a guided walking tour through the factory to see pretzels, popcorn, and chips being made and packaged. Good sized gift shop at the end. Tour is free but call ahead to make reservations.

Herr's Snack Factory Tour

Snack manufacturer offers free tours of the factory and samples! Herr's is a local favorite best known for their potato chips, but they also make a ton of other snacks. Great tour and lots of fun for families or if you have a craving for some great snacks.

Herr's Factory Tour

This is a factory tour of the Herr's potato chip factory. It is free and they even give a free bag of chips at the end of the tour, which ends in their gift shop. It is great for kids - they have a video that plays to show the process, then you go out on a tour of the factory. They pull off some hot chips right off the line to feed the tour group.
