Muffler Man There is a muffler man in front of the Full Throttle Saloon in Sturgis. According to Mike, the owner, he obtained this muffler man from Nevada. One of the arms has been broken and reattached in a way to make it possible for the muffler man to be holding a beer glass in one hand and a cigar in the other.
