The Forever Furniture muffler man is gone! The Indian and Alfred E Neuman at Lake of the Ozarks, about 10 minutes away, are in fine form, but the Paul Bunyan is gone. I note that the owner was trying to sell him -- perhaps he has been successful. I was disappointed!

Your info on Paul Bunyon MO05, located at Forever Friends Furniture, Osage Beach, Missouri, states his hand is reported missing. Paul is intact. His arm was stolen and later returned. The Paul Bunyan Muffler Man in front of Forever Friends Furniture on Highway 54 in Osage Beach is now missing his right hand. It looks as though it was broken off. He is still holding an American flag in his left hand.

While traveling on May 4, 2002, I couldn't help but notice this patriotic muffler man in nearby Osage Beach, Missouri. He seems to be in pretty good shape, except for the somewhat damaged arms, just below the shirt sleeves.
