Visitor Tips and News About Coffee Pot Restaurant
Stopped by the Coffee Pot on our way out of town; unfortunately it wasn't open yet (8:20 am). Did get a few pics and it was fun to see![Amy Roberts, 06/26/2011]
It is worth a drive-by.[Zinnderson, 06/18/2010]
Doesn't quite deliver the caffeine zoom of a full-size coffee pot business, but it is a rustic old roadhouse.
It's been 20+ years since I've driven past this night club/ barbeque and grill. It had a big coffee pot structure on top. I did a quick check on the web, and it appears to still be there, hosting night club performances.[Karl Heck, 04/23/2006]
Yes, the rooftop coffee pot is still visible. Other coffee pots

This Coffee Pot sits on Brambleton Avenue in SW Roanoke City and has been there as long as i can remember. It was built in 1936 and is a very rustic building (log cabin) with a huge coffee pot attached to its side. It's an established institution in Roanoke, just like the Texas Tavern in downtown Roanoke. Lists itself as Roanoke's oldest roadhouse.[Cat Clough, 08/10/2002]
