Sacred White Buffalo Zoo On our way back from the Grand Canyon, we stopped to see the "Rare White Buffalo." The sign begged us to come see the rare animals, and James wanted to stop. We went in to pay our admission, and the hippie chick asked if we were going to take photos. Against my judgement, James said, "Yes," and the hippie chick informed us that it would be an extra FOUR DOLLARS to take some
photos. Inside the compound area a large milk jug was marked "donations." They gave us a sheet about the White Buffalo Prophecy, basically claiming that they were the destined white people to take care of the animals. The buffalo have been given names like Miracle Moon and Mandela Peace Pilgrim.
