We were at the Fish Ladder in February. Unfortunately no fish migration in February, March and April. This was still very educational.

Right next to Interstate 5 at Winchester, Oregon, you can see get nose-to-nose with huge steelhead and salmon as they swim past the below-waterline windows of the Winchester Dam's Fish Ladder.
Go across the narrow two lane bridge to a nice little diner that calls itself the "Best Restaurant By a Dam Site."
