Noah's Ark 2.0 A large boat under construction in a residential neighborhood. The owner may be building an Ark, but there is no way to determine his intention from just driving by. I will say this, this boat must be at least 65' long, (shows well on Google Maps satellite view) and the only way this thing will leave its present location is by floating out on rising flood waters.
