Cincinnati (Bevis), Ohio - Rumpke Landfill Christmas Display

I work at a store that is situated in a shopping center that sits between I-275 and the city dump. At Christmas each year they erect a large light display on the hill where they have buried garbage over the years. It has 20-30 ft. candy canes etc. Not exactly where you'd expect to see this kind of display, but its visible from Colerain Ave and actually pretty. [John watson, 02/02/2003]

Rumpke Landfill Christmas Display:
Address: Cincinnati (Bevis), OH
Directions: Take I-275 (circles around Cincinnati) to Colerain Ave exit at northern part of loop. Go north on Colerain about 1/4 mile and the Rumpke Landfill is on your right. If you come when it's lit up you'll see the displays on the hill behind Wal-Mart.
