Willow Springs, Missouri - Fire Museum of Missouri

The museum has 23 antique Fire Engines and one hose cart. Thirteen are restored and the others are in various stages of restoration. They range from a 1929 Studebaker to a 1970 Mack, but most are from the 1930s, '40s, and early '50s. The restoring of the units are all done by the museum owner John Mathieu.

The museum also has a large collection of fire extinguishers, Fire, Police, and Emergency Medical Service uniform patches, and antique automobiles.

The museum has over 3,000 soda pop bottles, several hundred antique soda pop cans, vending mahcines, and a beer can collection. We have approximately 200 antique soda pop signs on the wall of the museum. [Jeromy Sumner, 05/03/2003]
