Tomb of Sideways the Dog Underneath the tree in the left of this photo. There are coins on top of the monument -- I left a dime. [Jason Horne, 05/31/2010]
Tombstone of Sideways the Dog Tombstone of Sideways the dog, lived at Georgia Tech for a couple of years before eating rat poison (a common theme from what I can tell). She was named "Sideways" because she was thrown from a car on North Avenue out in front of Tech in 1945, seriously injuring her, and giving her a kind of "sideways" appearance.
