The mascot for Hoquiam High School is the Grizzly Bear. I went to school there and so did my brother and my father (whom graduated in 1977). This giant grizzly has always been there. It now stands in the Student Center. And this is one big bear, he is 2 times the size of me, I'm 5'3"!! [Jennifer, 06/13/2003]
