I remember distinctly a series of apple types painted on a black, weathered fencing (Rome, Macintosh, etc). I think there might have even been a Coney Island Funny Face painted somewhere. If anyone else remembers this, please update with the status, although it is probably a quickie-mart by now. I admit that I still look out for Rome apples because of this memory. [M. Directions: From I-5, go into Eugene and through on West 6th Street, which eventually takes you to "four corners," one of which is old Highway 99.
