Cooper's Seafood House is adding a 45-ft. lighthouse to the pirate ship. The lighthouse will span 28 feet at its base. On the first floor there will be a gift shop featuring Cooper's merchandise, aquatic items and food. On the second floor will be an upscale bar with a seating area for up to 50 people. Along with the bar, appetizers will be served in the lighthouse.
