Corrugated Pipe Man. Park Falls, Wisconsin - Corrugated Tube Man

A manlike structure (perhaps 10 to 12 feet tall) nearly a variant of a Muffler Man. He is constructed of various sizes of galvanized corrugated steel tubing as used in drainage ditches, creek tunnels, and similar water-bearing uses. He wears a red cape to impart a super-hero type status. [Bill Cmelak, 08/17/2003]
