Leavenworth, Indiana - Shoe Tree A large maple tree in rural Indiana with hundreds of shoes scattered among it branches. This tree has been the recipient of these presents for years and as one passerby stated, as we were swinging our shoes for the launch, "you are making history." [Kevin Powell, 10/29/2003]
